These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website homily.gr (the “Website”) operated by Homily ΕΕ (“Homily”, “we”, “us”), based in Greece. By using the Website or making a booking, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Use of the Website
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with any other party’s use of it. The information on the Website is provided for general information and booking purposes and may be updated at any time without notice.
Bookings & Reservations
Bookings are made directly on the Website through our booking system. When you submit a reservation, you are making an offer to book the selected accommodation for the dates and number of guests indicated. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us (and, where applicable, payment has been successfully processed). You are responsible for providing accurate guest details. Prices, availability and minimum-stay rules are those displayed at the time of booking for your selected dates. By booking directly on homily.gr you benefit from our direct-booking discount (−10%), which applies only to bookings completed on the Website and cannot be combined with third-party platform rates.
Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable taxes. Additional optional services (e.g. early check-in, extra cleaning, baby cot) are charged as shown during checkout. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors before confirming your booking.
Check-in, Check-out & House Rules
Standard check-in and check-out times, along with any property-specific house rules (e.g. no smoking, no parties, maximum occupancy), are shown on each accommodation page and in your confirmation. Guests agree to respect these rules and to treat the property with care. We may charge for damage caused during a stay beyond normal wear and tear.
Cancellation policy
This cancellation policy applies site-wide, to bookings for all of our accommodations:
- Free cancellation up to 1 month (30 days) before arrival — 100% refund.
- Up to 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival — 50% refund.
- Less than 2 weeks before arrival — no refund.

Liability
The Website is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for matters outside our reasonable control (including force majeure events such as extreme weather, strikes, or disruptions to transport). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Photographs and descriptions are intended to represent each property fairly; minor variations may occur.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, photographs, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Homily and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the “last updated” date above.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.
